My love affair with food has been a lifelong journey of creativity and passion. Though I originally pursued a degree in music, I soon realized my true calling lay in the vibrant world of the service industry. Dropping out of school, I began my career as a bartender, quickly immersing myself in the art of hospitality.

Over the years, I’ve worked my way through various bars and restaurants, gaining invaluable experience. I’ve had the honor of opening a Yellow Chili Bar, serving as the head server of a bustling ramen shop, and even launching my own catering and bartending business. Each step in my career has deepened my love for food and strengthened my commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.

Now, as a student at Middlesex County College, I’m channeling my passion into an exciting new chapter—starting with a food stand, with plans to evolve it into a food truck, and eventually a full-fledged restaurant. Every dish I create is a testament to my journey, blending years of experience, creativity, and love for the culinary arts. I can’t wait to share this adventure with you!
